Register here to be selected to receive various prizes ranging from tickets to Utah's Hogle Zoo to Gift cards to local restaurants and local retailers.
Those individuals who enter are giving permission to be contacted by phone to be notified of what they have been selected for, even if they are on the "no-call" list. Additional prizes may be awarded to participants that choose to receive information about fire safety, including viewing a video on home fire safety.
Contest Rules: No purchases necessary. Limit one entry per household. Must be 18 years or older and a legal U.S. resident to enter. Entry is invalid if the form is not completely filled out. All entries and the information contained in them become the property of the sponsor. Drawings for additional prizes may be held until the contest is terminated. Sponsor may terminate the contest after any drawing and award of prizes. Prize winners will be notified by phone, email or text. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prizes unclaimed 30 days after notice will be forfeited. All taxes on prizes are the winners sole responsibility. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or substitutable by winner. Entries for this contest may be received through multiple sources. Odds of winning depend on the total number of completed entries received for each drawing. Employees and independent contractors of Salt Lake Family Fire Safety and members of their household are not eligible. This contest is the sole responsibility of the sponsor and not that of the participating merchants.
